1. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload and the text output generated by the Service ("User Content"). We claim no ownership over your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the OCR extraction service to you.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to promote or enable illegal activities.
- To upload or extract material that infringes on any third party's intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights.
- To attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions using automated means (bots, scripts).
3. Service Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. While we utilize highly accurate AI, the accuracy of the extracted text cannot be guaranteed for all image types. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from inaccurate data extraction.
4. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any misuse of the service.
